I am needing some guidance please. I have been reading on this site and others about some of our big bumper friends removing the anodized finish from their bumpers with oven cleaner then sanding the bumper with 180 grit then progressively wet sanding to remove the imperfections and finally buffing with aluminum polish. What I haven’t seen yet are any success stories with pictures showing what I might expect as the finished product. I am experienced in sanding and buffing but never an anodized bumper. Any help, advice or pictures on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
