Looks good to me, and I agree on someone else blasting the car, I used dustless , and it went really well, and was less than 700 for all the body , and not a scrap of paint was on the car after, and cleanup was a breeze, folded up the tarp and dumped .
Sadly, I won't be able to do anything that cheap, my options range from 1.5k-6k

It's not pretty, but it works
I didn't do the part that holds the fuel tank because I ran out of seam sealer....which really is fine by me
I also use the eastwood green frame coating, went through two cans.

I think it's pretty. Especially in the sense that another big task is now checked off the "to-do" list. Good job.

The car can be flipped back over now
if anyone wondered why I used white as my base coat, this is why. So I could see where it was thin and I could go over it again. (really glad I did) also, the car will be yellow and it's likely I will use the epoxy as a sealer so it's better white than black.

I used about 3 and a half bottles of upol raptor, so some of it had to get tossed, The activator bottle didn't have enough liquid for all 4 bottles though, I know some of it spilled when I first poured but you'd think they'd take in account for that and not have the exact amount needed
so, that kind of pissed me off
lets hope the last little bit doesn't have issues since it wasn't mixed 100% correctly.

What did you use for seam sealer? Your project is really moving along nicely. That underbody looks great.
Thanks
I used an entire bottle of this. It might have gone a bit further to be used on the bits I mentioned, but I personally didn't feel as though those two spots needed it anyways, was more worried about the frame rails and the floor pan. (also I have noodle arms and after over two hours squeezing the trigger on a caulking gun my arms hurt a lot)

In other news, I can't find the front leaf spring bracket for my car. I didn't take any pictures of the leaf springs either, so I'm worried I left them on when I tossed them. I'm pretty sure I didn't but I can't find them in my garage. Worst case scenario I spend $60 to buy new ones, but it's $60 I don't want to have to spend for my own carelessness.

Whats funny though, I kept the shock mount and shackle for the leaf springs, so why would I get rid of the part that I knew I actually needed. I have Monday off work, I'll try to search harder for them and hope they turn up.

I don't have any updates because it's hotter than hell recently (Got the car painted just in time haha) but I have a question because I don't want to start a new thread of it.

I don't plan on buying shocks soon as I've read having them sit for a long time can make them go bad. If that is true or not I don't really care, but the longer I put it off means I will still have a warranty when I actually need them.

Has anyone used steel square tube or anything as a temporary solution just to get a general idea of ride height? I would like to be able to put my car back on the ground and roll it around, but without a shock/spring I won't be able to do this. Would appreciate everyone's thoughts on this.

Yep 1x1x1/8 box section with a hole drilled in each end works well if you're set up for coilovers.

If your mounts are still stock, tube with a bolt welded on the top end or an old pair of shocks welded solid works at the front, but the factory rear upper mounts aren't really strong enough to take the weight.
