I have had this switch for a couple years now. Was going through the painless book and realized that this switch is missing 3 wires. Would like to get good clear pictures of the back so I can fix this right. If anyone has opened one and cleaned it up I would like some advice and pictures of that as well. It would help others too.

Would a wiring diagram for the delay wiper option help?

Possibly. Only issue I can think of is I would probably have to open the switch then.

Apparently mine has been open before. If I can't fix it I got screwed. Missing the spring and ball bearing for the selection detentions. Also with those 3 wires missing. I have an idea on the 2 that go through the actual spin part of the knob. The one closest to the outside could be the power feed and the one closest to the middle could be output.

Thanks for posting those pics, mines also been messed with and I’m pretty sure it’s missing one or two small parts. Did you manage to find any good images that show how the internals should look?

No. It kind of just looks like I'm just missing the spring and ball. Going to get back on it soon.
