79 - 81 Seatbelts

Has anyone used these belts?

Got mine from Morris classic. You'll pay more but they fit and look nice.

I have a pair of rear seat belt retractors for 75-81 Camaro/Firebird. These are brand new from Morris Classic.
I did not use them because the original cover will not fit over them. Because of that I stuck with my originals.
This is for the retractors only not the lap belts. Also your original covers will not fit over these. I will let them go cheap.

Is morris classic aware of this? You mean the roof covers that screw over the headliner?

No, these are the rear seat belts, and yes I believe Morris makes it clear that the original covers wont work

I have a complete set from another Classic Industries with the same problem. I wasn't able to get the latch side out of the car so I ended up not using half of the belts in the package.

I have the morris in a few of my cars, but not have done the rear seat in anything ( elcamino, corvette, camaro- 71 didn't do the rear)

Sounds like the Morris belts are the way to go. I'll start maybe with the fronts first...
