I live 2.5 hrs from my dad. So I can make a trip next weekend to get pics, pull parts, etc.. if there is interest in the car as a whole, I'll let everyone asking for individual parts know.

    Replied

In the picture I can see the opposite end of the air intake hose looks broke. I'll have to check on the other part. I'm sure it's there. This engine bay is unmolested.

The actual buzzer or the door jamb switch? If the buzzer, where is it located. I dont have one on my 81 so I dont know where they are. My 81 I bought as a roller and was previously drag raced. This 79 is my 1st time looking at an original car.

I'm not seeing any real rust either.

5 hours isn’t worth “thousands of dollars”? I drove nearly 3.5 to buy $250 trim pieces...lol

Here is what I wrote to Goat who was interested in the car as a whole.

"All the glass looks good, front has the antenna in the glass, rear doesn't have defrost. All the window trim is in pretty nice shape. Passenger door is a bit dented. Drivers door is in good shape, bottom edge looks good. LH fender is in nice shape. Both front and rear bumpers are no good. Both are torn in spots. Hood and trunk lid are good. Dash is cracked. As far as the rest of the interior, it's all there but moldy. Without cleaning the panels, I couldn't say what the condition is for sure. Glancing the panels look decent with exception of the quarter trim ones. A few scuffs on them. Center console looks good. On the right side, almost under the dash I saw 3 small holes where something was probably screwed in. From what I can see, the car is unmolested. Only add on stuff I saw was a CB radio."

The rust I know of for sure is the lower rad support, lower rear of RH fender and the common spot in front of the rear tires at the bottom of the quarter. I haven't laid under the car to see the floor boards. The bumpers both have tears, I dont remember where I just know they aren't worth anything to me personally.

There is at the moment, no interest in the car as a whole. So I'll make a trip and get more photos and parts for anyone that wants something.
