That looks great! It's a huge step. Expensive, too. Mine done same way. No exterior forming.
On a side note, we really appreciated being under roof to run PEX tubing for in-floor heat. That's time consuming.

So it's 5" fiber reinforced 4000 psi concrete. Plenty for my Maxjax and a future 4 post lift.

No pex though. I'll probably regret it later on, but I'd rather enjoy a garage with no in-floor heat now, than in-floor heat in a new garage built 5 years from now.

So I haven't even got the certificate of occupancy yet and the county was out assessing it to up my taxes. Freaking leeches.
