It’s all aluminum, powercoated chrome, then I painted the face of it this morning.

Is that milled from one big piece of aluminum?

Nice design and fantastic work for a custom piece!

No it’s actually many pieces welded together. It’s made for bar and flat stock. I manually milled the center and end sections. The rest is made piece by piece.

Really nice work, I am just not sure about the shiny parts, I like them , however, they take my eyes right to them at the middle and sides, I guess I would need to see in person, the effect, or if it would be more appealing all black. I was surprised at the weight of the Eddie Motorsports pieces, what kind of weight does this one have ?
    Thanks

It’s probably a little heavier than the stock surround and grill

I didn't realize you built the whole piece , I though only the inside parts, really nice work, I may need you to build me a surround , as the stock one with the heavy billet parts isn't going to last long I fear, as that potmetal wasn't designed for the weight and is flexing bad, I am trying to figure out a way to brace it better

Piece of art! And most of the time I don't even like any custom exterior parts....
