Holy cow these things work. Our dog is one of those dogs that barks at E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G...

We got one of those ultrasound things at first and it worked at first to curb the barking. But after a while he got immune to it.

Finally got one of these anti barking collars that beep and vibrate when it detects barking.

I kid you not... literally in one day the problem was solved. We've had it now for several weeks and its still effective. He's like a totally different dog now.

Should have done this years ago... anyone else with a dog with barking problems, definitely recommend it.

Wonder if it'll work on a human that never shuts up....

It’s not a pain collar like shocking? Glad it works! I feel bad for those shock collars.

I just have to show my dogs the collar or make it beep on the table and they stop now. The ultrasound was awesome for about two weeks.

Many people think shock collars/anti bark collars are mean or cruel. I don’t, they are a teaching tool. Used correctly of course - and there’s many people I wish we could install one on.

Not cruel but I wouldn’t want one on my neck. Lol. My grandmas dog had the invisible fence and the dog still thinks the collar is on its neck because it does not run past that flag in her yard

it’s been off the dog for 2 years

This one has shock capability but the vibrate works just fine. It evidently annoys him enough that he won't bark. So we just don't activate the shock function.

I have neighbors with like 5 dogs that used to bark regularly, After a few months of the loud azz stereo with a pounding sub woofer for a month or two in the garage it has stopped completely. I have some new kids that move in with 3 medium size dogs and they are super quiet but the one dog can almost scale the 6 foot fence and will tear another dog to pieces. He has already been cited for that in the past. As for the barking this year has been the best in years.

It’s no different than a slap in the rear end as a kid. Yes some abuse it and those people deserve unequivelled penalties.
