I bought a broken 2007 trx90 the other day. $150 for the quad, 14 for a intake valve 45 for a battery. plugged 1 tire, slimed 2. there's no plastics, tank or seat. no title, but I did check the vin and its not reported stolen. This thing is fun to zip around with, starts right up, got a bottle rigged for fuel, cut a board and made a seat pan.
So I decided to get rid of stuff and decided to sell the quad as is for $220. This isn't a china quad, its a honda which I thought would hold its value.Crazy thing, I didn't get a single call.
So any offroaders here. is there no value to a running honda 90 quad? I decided to just have some fun with it, got a atc110 fender for the rear, 125m gas tank, couple 200x front fender pieces for the front wheels. jim 20200830_125428.jpg

For sure that is worth the money you want, especially running and driving. You just have to find the right guy. Somebody who wants to fix it up for a kid.

As far as value goes only ones in decent shape hold value on the old quads. Hard to find anyone interested in one with no plastics as they assume the whole bike is beat to death at that point. Most times that is a good assumption to.

2007 really should have some value, but like said above, not being whole is probably bringing it down.
Dont know about where you are at, but here in PA the no title thing is a deal breaker for most. I managed to get titles for older quads, of the vintage when pa didnt require a DCNR plate. Now a days, its kinda jumping through alot of hoops, and paying a little more for a machine with a title is worth not having to jump through hoops.

Those little quads are favorite pit support equipment for drag racing or circle tracks
