I am swapping a LS3 into a 80 T\A. The instructions from the holley locations dont seem right. I have way more hole in my frame then what the pics of HOLLEY shows on the frame they used.

Anyone have a pice of the location of there mounts with the motor out?? thanks

That looks like the correct position for a SBC V8. (Only three holes line up.)

Sorry... I don't know how the LS3 mounts differ from the old-school small block mounts.

You may be right. I would just feel better looking at a frame with mounts before I bolt these on. No plans to do this job twice. Anyone who replaced these before would agree LOLOl..

What is the bracket? Doesn't look like the Holley kit I've seen. What else do you have?

I'm use to seeing adapters on the block and you use stock motor mounts as well as location on the frame

Pull the bolts through from the bottom.
Fish line or floral wire wrapped in the threads works.
Put lock washers and nuts on the top.

You usually don't need to wrangle a wrench inside the frame this way as the nuts will tighten down with an impact wrench. ;)

I bought the complete HOLLEY LS swap kit they offer. Headers, motor mounts for block, T56 crossmember.

The plate you see is the HOLLEY clam shell frame mounts, Like factory. But I bought energy suspension inserts for the center.
