anyone mess with those china quads?

60 bucks for a roteka50 on craigslist. dragged it home, jumped the battery, sprayed some carb cleaner and it runs! still need to clean the carb. owner thought it was a 2 stroke so he was running gas oil mix. Probably going to sell it, maybe for a whopping 100 bucks. jim

Worth a chance for $60 especially for a quick flip, but I’ve always avoided them personally. Honestly don’t know too much about them but I just assume they’re generally not worth dragging home.

A lot of these have Honda clone motors, pretty good power plants even if the rest of the machine is the usual Chinese junk.

i had some great luck with them,keep bearings well greased.everyone.i also disconnected the remote strart.

cleaned the carb, bled the brake and sold it for 150 bucks!
