My biggest concern is the rear window. You can see a lot of rust around it. Is this common with Camaros?
I believe the frame is solid but floors are rusted a bit.

Seller said car may have original trans but motor is not original and has 10 bolt posi. Seller mentioned it needed floor pan. Said there is a small frame rail spot...lower quarter rust...
    Listing is on eBay...
    For sale locally. No title.
    Nice guy, seemed straight up!

The VIN number says it is a June built car. That agrees with the pictures posted earlier that show position of the NOR on the tags.
I would be concerned about lack of title. Before buying the car, I would go to DMV and see if they can register it to you. If they say no, then run away from it and fast. If you don't have a title, you don't own it.

The 70 Z28 had a 12 bolt rear so the rear end is not original either. I agree with Gary S, no title no deal unless you are selling parts.

That front upper valance is toast, they are two separate pieces spot welded together along the seam that runs the width, and it looks pretty bad in that area. I had a bit of rust on mine and cut the spot welds out, took care of rust and bolted back together. With that amount of rust showing on the body I would be very concerned about rear subframe condition (replacements are available), rear portions of front fender behind front tire are also a known spot for rusting out, poor design, lots of junk gets stuck behind there (leaves and such) causing them to rot from the back side. If it sat outside with the rear side marker lights out then there is probably going to be rust in the trunk drop off panel area. Depending on the state the title may not be a problem, some states its a 3 ring circus trying to get a clear title, some states minimal effort is needed. I think the price is a little high for the amount of rust showing and the lack of a title, as a parts car their isn't a lot of parts on there where you could sell and make a profit. Be nice to see an a 70 Z saved, but I don't think I'd pay that much with the work needed IMO.

There is a write up of the car on the website barnfinds.com. Probably worth reading if you are serious about this Z
