Looking for thoughts on reducing my axle end play for disc brakes. I realize the best way is to replace and shim my clutch pack, but I don’t want to put the money into this diff and they are hard to find for the stock LSD. It’s a stock 8.5” 10 Bolt with the stock limited slip differential. I might look at upgrading down the road. I am thinking about either shimming behind the C-Clip or making my own thicker c-clip. Right now I have .031” end play on the drivers side. I would like to get it down to between .005” to .010”. I have shims on order and think that might be the best way.
