Best headers that dont hang to low. What you got?? Im ready!!

What do you have for headers. I need a set and ready to pick some up. Best set that dont hang low
and what's a good size header size for stock 350? I only want long tubes.HEDMAN 66104 is what i keep reading on NASTY. Thanks everyone

I have Hedman headers on my 78. Don’t remember the p/n. There the ball style at the collector. The tubes are an inch away from the floor pans.

I bought used but brand new Hooker Hooker Super Competition Headers 2117-1HKR For
550 CDN dollars right now with taxes and exchange over 1600 CDN dollars. Fellow started a 350 then switched directions and went LS. Fit is good does not hang to low

Make sure your rear upper trans mount is good. That can greatly effect header clearance.
A bad one will cause your headers to hang low.

Patriot headers on my 71,,, Energy suspension motor and trans mounts,, no clearance issues.

How low is your car ? What part is scraping ?

I’m very very low and I don’t scrape. I believe I have hedman but they’re mid length so the collectors higher.

If clearance is your goal, not performance, then "shorty" type headers fit the bill.

I have Hedman 1 3/4", don't remember the number. Can't say they're the best for what you want, but I haven't had issues.

You got a deal there...I have the same pair, double coated as well. Man, sure getting expensive up hear building stuff!!!!

Yes I did, wanted them till I saw the price at Summit. Sometimes you get the elevator and other times the shaft.

I run shorty/ midlengths on my bb.Plenty of room.
Hedmans coated are the best deal out there right now for fit and looks.
