Well did another stab at aligning my hood. Body lines are still driving me nuts did shim the hood hinge at the fender gto i had had them so it helped.

Put the camaro thru its paces today so far no oil leaks one more win is having the headers recoated by jet hot and using the remflex header gaskets definitely took the heat out of the engine bay.

More parts came in today. Been working on getting better air to the engine so purchased a new K&N filter it will be a tight fit into the bug catcher. Been having a bit of a debate on facebook if a small diameter air filter is more restrictive than an 11 inch diameter one.

The engine masters have a good air cleaner shootout.

I wonder how much it applies with a turbo or super charger. That would be a test I’d like to see.

More tinkering today. I did mock up the new K&N air filter E-3340 with the bug catcher just fits. Also almost bought a Velocity stack from hardin marine. The pro's and con's of running a street engine and the looks will keep me running a filtered scoop.
