I know some of you like to either keep the factory cassette player and leave it as is, or hide an aftermarket head unit in the glove box, or some of you even go for the custom units that "look" like original equipment, but have a lot of modern features.

Well, for the first two, your worries are over. You can now bring your head unit into the year 2015 with this Bluetooth adapter for cassette players.

Who ever thought of this is a genius. If I had a reason to buy it I would just for the novelty of having it.

Here it is at about half the price at Amazon. The reviews are split, but from what I can see, nearly every negative review has been replied to by the company, ION, and they seem anxious to help people resolve any issues.

Someone needs to make an 8-track bluetooth adapter for the AM and 8-track radios. May only sell a few though.

Use the cassette adapter in an 8-track adapter. ;)

No, I haven't messed with an 8-track for a couple of decades now.

It is more than just a holder for the cassette. It has a gear reduction drive to account for the tape speed of an 8-track being double the tape speed of a cassette.
(3-3/4" per sec. vs 1-7/8" per sec)

I HAVE used a cassette adapter for my MP3 player. It actually works quite well. :D
