We've decided to move forward the time table for turning on the billing system.
If we turn it on now, it will charge for the current auctions when they close. Sence these were put up for free, we will turn on the billing system the day after the last of the current auctions close. The last of the auctions closes on 9/04/01, which means the billing system will go online on 9/05/01.
Any new auctions posted now that have a closing date of 9/05/01 or later will be charged closing fees.
However, if you get them UP before then the placement fee will be waived sence the system is still off.
