    Hey all.
Has anyone had any experience with this online auction ?
    https://bringatrailer.com/auctions/
I noticed that Hagertys seems to use the site to garner values in todays market for insurance purposes.
Was thinking of posting a car on their site.
Anyone been down this road? Thought or feedback?

I have Hagerty on both cars and get their magazine. They just had an article on auctions and yes, they like BaT. They talked about costs for BaT versus Barrett-Jackson commissions and seem to think online auctions as transparent as BaT will play a bigger role in the future. They called them "the preeminent online auction". If they get that sort of praise from Hagerty, I'm sure it would be good enough for me if I were to auction a car.

Personally, I really like reading the comments. You can learn a lot about other cars, their good and bad points.

I had 4 cars on BaT before they went to the Auction Format. I got lot's of action.
Now they have hundreds of Cars and everything seems to go high except for race cars

Im on there everyday, one thing I noticed is it’s pretty important for the seller to respond to all the questions and comments during the auction and not just list it and wait it out. Sometimes there’s some stupid questions but it seams to give the bidders Confidence in the car, having a seller present during the bidding.
