Cab back on and first test fit of the bed:
We have done plenty more, I will be back later with what came next.

Thanks I hope so
Inner and outer rocker panels, cab corners cut out ready for new ones to be installed.
New rockers installed and painted:
Minor rust repair complete on back of cab:
New wheel arch panels welded in:
Inside view of arch panels. We removed the outer wheel houses so that we could finish the inside of the patches as well. SPI epoxy followed by Duraglass, then finished off with black single stage enamel. I can't find the pictures but we also sand blasted the entire underside replaced one of the cross rails on the bottom of the bed finished with epoxy and single stage black:
We then glued new outer wheel house panels in with 3M panel bond, put the bed back on the truck, filled and blocked the wheel arch panels and all other dents/dings. which leaves us where we are at today. Hopefully we will get a couple coats of epoxy on tomorrow and then finish up with 2K filler. Our goal is to get it painted next weekend.
