Sorry, just now saw this... Yes, Stockinteriors.com is just a re-seller of ACC carpet. And yes, they are cheaper, because they do not physically stock anything, they're just an online drop-ship operation. They've been (as is commonly termed) "whoring the market" for years now, and all of ACC's stocking dealers have been screaming bloody murder about it, but ACC has never done anything about it or instituted a MAP program (minimum advertised price).
