Ace or anyone else, if you want to meet at the TK, we can go to my house between, about 15 minutes away,

Are we talking about the one in Lisle ?? I don't know if there's more then one.

I have to see if I can round up the family for this event or if I'm swinging
solo I'm just going to jump on my Harley and head out. My 442 is waiting
on a new lower seat spring assembly but other then that it's completed.

Sorry I couldn't make it to the Tilted Kilt guys.....
My mother didn't get off work til 2pm and I was running behind.

We just went to Morris for the show and I met up with Scotty.
Overall great show. 7 full blocks including probably 50 feet down
each intersection side street. Very cool to see all the cars.

I was most interested in the 2010 burgundy Camaro SS with the
2 tone leather interior and ground effects kit as well.....badass.

Scott's 2nd gen was probably best in the show if you ask me.
His car is like a COMPLETELY new vehicle that's never seen moisture or dirt
from the ground to the roof top. With carbon fiber additions everywhere.

The tie would possibly be with the car RIGHT next to him which was a
1969 Hurst Olds convertible with the white and gold paint job.....smokin hot car.

I agree Ace, Scott's car just pops out at you like few others. It literally looks like it came off the showroom floor. I checked out that Maroon 10 also...pretty frickin sweet.

It was a pleasure meeting him and his 2 loves yesterday and especially humorous when I introduced myself. Seems he thought I was a young punk like you and not a gray old man!

He told me you were there but I missed you in the crowd somehow. It was an awesome show, we hope to bring about 6-7 cars down next month. Can't wait.

LMAO....well Laine....I might have gotten the "young" part wrong.......but I was dead on, with the PUNK part!!! Yea.....I'm a talker.....but there are VERY few on here that I could call QUIET, you included..LOL

It does get crazy trying to talk to everybody that shows up at those shows............what we need to do, is organize a CHICAGOLAND and surrounding areas Get-Together......and spend a whole day jaw-jacking, and car showing!!

Ace and Laine....thank you for the nice words about the car........I am very proud and fortunate to have that car.

I'd be glad to host one next summer or even this fall if yall don't mind driving a short distance.
Plenty of room for 50 cars, tents, etc. or you can just sleep in the barn with the coons!
