Great information. At least we now know this with the LA cars.

The CL wheel is listed for SS Camaro and any other Camaro ordered with 14x7 "standard" steel wheels. If the car was ordered with the 6 hole rally wheel instead, it would be the AV wheels. The XT wheels show up on the lists as used on Nova SS. Without having an XT side by side with a CL, it is hard to know if there is any difference between them.

Gary I have the 5 CL wheels that came off of your car. I brought them off a guy in AZ that was selling everything. One of them which i think was the spare still has the original F70/14 Goodyear Polyglass tire still on it. They have been in storage for almost 15 years. I tried to sell them a few times but I kept getting low bid offers. they are still on the shelf collecting dust.

Yes, those sound like the wheels from my car. That original tire on the spare could be mounted on the wall to look at, but I'd be scared to put the weight of a car on it after all these years. Alas, the original air is gone from it. :)

My L78 Is a 03C Norwood car and had 1 original rim with classic copper paint when I bought it in 1991. It's a Kelsey Hays rim and has a 1970 February date. I forget what day of the month off hand?

As Ron mentioned earlier in this post, I've found that LA built cars have CL coded rims made by Norris Technology and stamped with a 'T'. Norwood built cars had rims made by Kelsey Hays and stamped with a 'K'.

Gary that tire looks like it is perfect condition, you can tell it has been mounted on the car but only for a few miles. Like you said, wall art only or use as a spare on a show car. I would never mount it on the car or put air in it.

A CL wheel that's been curbed, plus the lug holes look like they are going to need attention. I guess someone needed a CL wheel pretty bad and paid $150

The listing for rim was $200 at first but noticed seller lowered price to $150 yesterday. Perfect for a spare rim, especially since it's face down in the trunk. I thought about buying it at $150 but really didn't need it either.
