Search eBay "Vintage amp equalizer".
There are a few NEW old-skool amp/equalizers currently listed.

If you want it to fit in the cubby hole in the console, you will probably be limited to a 5 or 7 band unit due to the dimensions.

I had a couple different ones 40 years ago but they were stolen. :(

I appreciate it, I haven’t had a classic car in about 20 years. Getting a 79 Z and want it to look as retro as possible

I think I still have a 5 or 7 band in a cabinet in my garage that I used in the late 70s and early 80s . I'll check tomorrow. I know it worked when I took it out because I used it in several cars. But that was a long time ago.

Got it out. Power light comes on. All wiring is in tact though ground wire is a little short.

Man that brings back memories. I had an old Mustang 360W 7 band? EQ in my first car, '81 hatchback sundird* (don't be hatin') Sanyo radio with "lovely" cassette. Radio shack 3 way tower speakers 8" woofers layin in the back, and pioneer speakers everywhere. It was a blast at the rock quarry swimmin' hole or on main street.
