If you aren't doing competition stuff.... THIS. Easy, and frankly you don't really want to power switch on the outside of the car unless it has to be.... people screw with em
This is what I've done. I've drag raced it, but more on the autocross and road course. Never ever got questioned, but it does not have a cage, so it aint no racecar per se.
It's out of the way, out of sight, turn it off when at a car show (not that often) or when sitting in the shop, it's a habit now, it's always off when sitting.

went this route.....didnt want a rotary lock, and wanted a key. Thanks for your input !!
