Just wondering what spring rate yall running on front coilovers? I have 550 pound springs now but I want to improve the ride a little.

I run 650 in the front and 450 in the back. I have LS engine weight in the front.

Is your car set up stock or are there aftermarket parts involved?
I think the stock front coils are like 450 lbs?? Correct???

550 lb should be stiffer but, if you want better ride quality, you could use a coilover with a progressive spring like Hyperco has.

The front will not have much affect on the ride quality and if you have the car lowered you MUST have stiffer springs, 550 is fine, adjust your shocks.
The rear suspension will have much more to do with ride quality.
