Wish I was getting my suspension done right now! Soon.

You are right A-B, can't take it with me. This car WILL be driven, just not on a daily basis like you have been doing with yours in the past. I'll just have to be extra defensive out on the road from all those texting/cellphone space cadets, that or just out-run 'em!

    Yo! Jared!
Nice looking Berlinetta! It'll be quit the ride with the 454.
Welcome to the board from northern Colorado!
Mine's the '76 Camaro you see in my avitar. 350/TH350,...but I built the motor!
I'd sure advise that if you're going to push this tranny hard, perhaps you should go with a TH400.
My heavy, '78 3/4 ton 4x4 FRANKENTRUCK sports a TH400 (now, newly rebuilt, with a new 1200 stlspd converter!). Chevy intended the TH400 to be it's heavy-duty tranny during that time period, and matched them to the big blocks and heavy duty vehicles. Gearing is similar to the TH350.
Match the converter's stall speed to close to the rpm of the engine's peak torque, and install a new one,...it'll be worth it!
    Geeze, have fun!
Do we get to see pics?!
    Todd.
