Hello

Does anyone here have a valid contact number for anyone there? There is no email address that I can find on their website, been calling their number for 3 days, voice mail is still full, can't leave message. I have some sub-par parts that need to be returned.

Thanks

Heather runs the business now I (Peter) stepped down Jan 1 of 2020.
You can contact Heather the following way:
Business phone 423 949 6820
Cell Phone 423 309 4424
Email [email protected]
Email [email protected]
Facebook business page Fbodywarehouse
Her Page Heather Defazio
and also Heather Tomaino
Facebook seems to be the easiest to reach her as it is more public and she will respond faster.

Copy and save if ya buy from (Her) as ya may need to contact her.

So now I can leave messages on the phone. Left 3 and an email, no response at all. Now I’m getting pissed. Just gonna call my cc company and put it in dispute.

Bought a rubber bumper kit....has the stops for the doors, glove box, gas door, hood.....the ones for the hood look like they were cut by running them through a food processor. Absolutely horrible!

I tried to buy parts too. Very bad at getting back you via FB and Email...when she does its a "ah I forgot"....

Frankly this is why I generally only deal with Summit anymore... I got tired of being at the mercy of some small outfit across the country who has my money and won't deliver on their commitments.

I'm all for supporting small business, but if they don't keep up their end of the bargain, than oh well...
