My view is any company big or small can be a good experience or bad so I don’t decide to patronize based on size of the business. I tend to shy away from newly emerging companies and/or do research before spending any cash. The reality is there are places like goat hill classics which are absymal while guys like brakeboosters dot com are simply amazing. Same thing with big companies like the parts place vs. classic industries.

Give her hell if she has done your wrong. She took my boys (literally) and 225k from me, using my money and then now I have toi pay her lawyer fees.
WTF
Sorry Pete....You ran a clean show, and had awesome videos that help guide me through some things on my F-body. Much appreciated, and best of luck to you.

I ran into the same none responsive issue with Fbody Warehouse. In May I ordered a headliner and got a conformation immediately. But after over several days with no updates on shipping I requested an update and finally got confirmation that it was going to be 60 days, IIRC. In Sept after no updates I requested an update again and got a response saying end of Nov. Dec 3rd I started trying to get an update and got noting but silence. Emailed [email protected] and [email protected] and [email protected] multiple times. Left several voice messages. Nothing but crickets.

I finally got fed up and included a cancel order demand in my last email and voice messages. Still nothing.

Thankfully the story has a good ending, at least it looks like it. I sent a facebook message and finally got a response within a couple of hours. I don't do facebook so I had to sign up to send that message.

So if anyone has an issue in the future go straight to facebook.

This is really sad because I like Fbody Warehouse and would have liked to continue using them as a source. But that ship has sunk. The update requests earlier this year were quick but this time I had visions of my money just floating away. Not to mention that I have been waiting over 6 months for that part. I ordered another headliner that is suppose to ship in 16 days!!

Your CC company won’t even ask questions anymore. I just call, put in dispute….case closed
Problem is you've only got 60 days to dispute. With our cars interior soft parts have become a real issue of long lead times. When I ordered the headliner the lead time was something like 12-13 weeks, which was not disclose by the way :(. My upholstery had a 10 month lead time so I won't get that until March (different vendor).

I will give her a small bit of credit for agreeing to take care of it once I tracked her down. But does not balance the hassle and stress of having to track her down.
