correct red primer

i know this has been asked before but cant find the thread..what are people using for the correct red primer for the underneath and inside of the cars

True. It got darker in 73 didn't it?
Not to mention there were minor variances batch to batch. They probably didn't watch this color as much as the body colors.

I recall people mixing some of Southern Polyurethans Inc (SPI) epoxy red with their black and getting good results. Can't beat the price over PPG which I think is what lot of people use to match the old color. Around $180 for gallon of base and gallon of accelerator delivered to your door. Great product, great support to, you call and I think you end up talking to the presidnet. Many people on here have used SPI products with great results.
