You'll be fine with the right pump and right tuner.
I did a 427 LS (Sleeved LS2 block with L92 Heads) with about 500 hp at the rear wheels on a chassis dyno. Stock LS3 injectors. Walbro 255 external pump. -6 lines. Tuner never saw any fuel starvation. Ran great. Still runs great. Not huge numbers but per the tuner super easy to tune.
One thing I don't get is all the fuel filters some suggest. If you are running the C5 FFR that is a filter before the injectors. Most if not all in tank pumps have a sock filter on the pump. If you using a stock tank all had a sock filter on the inlet to the pick up tube.
You are really pushing the limit with the Walbro 255 and the injectors might be really high in the duty cycle. Nothing necessarily wrong with that, but something to be aware of.
