I have a 1980 and looking to try something different for a chin spoiler. Has anyone custom made any chin spoilers on a late second gen? Pics please!

Have you ever seen the late 2nd Gen Yenko Camaro's. They have an aggressive looking lower valance. They can still be bought.

I know this isn't a late 2nd Gen but I kinda dig it. The car too.

Not a fan so much of that Yenko look on the late second gens. That split bumper looks slick though! I'm looking for a way to fab up something similar to the stock chin spoiler, which seems simple for the bottom of the bumper. The flares in the front of the wheels however will take some thought.

Yeah. There isn't much out there for late 2nd Gen front spoilers. The Yenko thing is about it. Maybe time to get some fiberglass or sheet metal and get creative.

Classic industries has this ground effects kit... I think you can purchase the front spoiler by itself ?

Ever hear of the Hugger Camaros ? These were built for the 1980 "I Think ?" 24 hours of Daytona and they produced a number of replicas to make it legal to race. A guy could something similar to this spoiler from a dirt track street stock nose cone from speedway motors...
