Hey all.
Back in the day these emblems were the first thing to come off.
I had a box of them.
Dealers spent a bunch of money on them and having an original to your car is rare.
I have personally spent years looking for a Cliff Bristow Motors/Three Hills Alberta original with no luck.

Lets post up some pics and see what you guys have!

Mine is gone. When I had my car repainted in 1988, I had the bodyman remove it. However, I still have the dealer keyring that I got with the car.

Mine was off the car when I bought it, due to a repaint in the 80s. It was located in the glove box.

When I ordered new Z28’s in 77,78 and 80 I told the Dealer to keep that poo off of my car. Dealers back in the day had balls to be drilling holes to screw them on.

I am sure that happened a lot thus prompting the switch over to the bumper stickers!
Also the dealer license plate frames got popular.

No emblem but I did find a dealer sticker on the back of my rear license plate frame. Painted over but still legible.

I agree. I think the Dealer Plate Frames are much more sought after. I had been looking for one from the original dealer where my 67 Firebird was sold at. Bill Barry Pontiac in Santa Anna, CA. Never did find one. I have a friend who reproduced plate frames and had him make me a set instead.

I'm glad my 67 Firebird nor my 72 Camaro didn't have any extra holes drilled for a Dealer Emblem. They are a cool nostalgia piece, but I cringe when I think about what they had to do to a brand new paint job to install them.

When I bought my '65 GTO a couple of years ago, this emblem was in a box with a bunch of other parts. It's plastic with what looked to be double sided tape on the back. I cleaned the tape off, & glued on a strip of a fridge magnet so I could use it. The dealer was Lou Villa Pontiac in Elmira NY.
