    There are some parallels.
You are correct they were not immediately under siege but then there were not innocent citizen involved.
The location of the occupations is very different and no small thing. The Bundy gang took federal land with no citizens. The Capital Hill gang is effectively imprisoning private citizen in their own homes. I already stated it is "reported" they are shaking down business and citizens. Also no small thing. Really think ever resident in those 6+ blocks signed up for this?
You mentioning confrontations with other groups is not a parallel for the way the Capital Hill gang is acting. Those confrontations on the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge were with other groups trying to join up with them or talk them out of their occupation. The confrontations in Seattle are with citizens where they live and folks wanting to pass through the area like they have in the past. Not the same.
I am not aware of the Bundy gang trying to secede from this country.
The Bundy gang did not have most of a national media on their side.
If this Capital Hill gang took over a few building out in the middle of nowhere this would not be such a serious situation. Hence probably why the authorities in the Bundy case didn't press the issue right away.

Seen on Fox news just now a comment from Minn. that the No. one killer of black men is abuse of force by police officers. Well, excuse me but I'm pretty sure the No. one killer of black men are other black men. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That's a lot of information you posted, but totally irrelevant to the statement that was made.

Accidental deaths and deaths due to natural causes just aren't germane to the question at hand.

The only relevant numbers are for assaults/homicides, and your numbers are for all blacks or African Americans, not just adult men as was being discussed. 100% of the assaults/homicides are lumped together without a break down of who was doing the assaulting.

Too much irrelevant information and zero relevant information does not lead to any valid conclusions and doesn't come close to proving Tom3 wrong.

I've often read over the years that the majority of violent deaths of black people are caused by other black people. Of course, that would include black police. I doubt that has changed, regardless of what people might currently be saying in the news media.

In Detroit, they say a lot of the deaths involve drug gangs. Over half, I think.

"the notion that police forces are afflicted with institutional or systemic racism is a blatant lie. A nationwide study published last year assessed hundreds of police shootings since 2015. It revealed that 55% of all people fatally shot in America by the police are white, more than double the 27% of black and 19% of Hispanic individuals.

In 2019, police officers fatally shot 1,004 people. Most of them were armed and/or otherwise dangerous. Black Americans comprised approximately a quarter of that total (235), a ratio that has remained stable since 2015.

What about the fact that black Americans are only 13% of the population? Between 1980 and 2008, blacks committed 52% of the nation’s homicides. In 2018, the latest year of available data, black Americans still comprised 53% of the nation’s known homicide offenders and committed approximately 60% of the nation’s robberies. Given those numbers, blacks being confronted by cops is going to happen more often.

As for unarmed people shot by cops, a Washington Post database reveals police fatally shot nine unarmed blacks and 19 unarmed whites in 2019, down from 38 and 32, respectively, in 2015. In 2018, again the last year of available data, there were 7,407 black homicide victims in the United States. Assuming a similar total last year, the nine unarmed men killed in police shootings would represent just 0.1% of black homicides.

In reality, those most likely to kill blacks are other blacks: According to 2018 FBI stats, black Americans are more than 11 times likelier to be murdered by members of their own race than whites or anyone else."
