Deleting A Program That Wont Go-?

    ^He's already tried that, didn't work. That is a pretty nasty infection he's picked up on his computer!

    There are always lingering apps out there. I can assist if you need help. My partner and I have a "tad" of experience in this space. Personally, on my home PC's I delete registry keys in REGEDIT. More than welcome to email me personally at mdrevline@outlook.com.

    Thanks guys,I kind of got that program to go dormant.I believe its still in there,but I downloaded windows 10 into it and that helped,along with a few of the other suggestions here.
    After I did that,I chanced upon the cure online on youtube.It seems this went out to a few people.
    But since mine seems ok now(last few months since I posted),Ive left it alone.

    I have gotten rid of some pretty nasty malware/viruses using combofix. Be advised though that if you tinker with combofix and don't really know what you're doing, you can seriously f up your PC.

    I wouldn't download for cnet. a majority of there programs have malware in them that is close to impossible to remove.
