Finding a good foundation at all in the first gen is tough, a 6 cyl even tougher. GL on the search.

I have a 67 that was born as a 6cyl, but currently has a 350 with th350 trans. Solid project, guy I got it from was cloning a 68 so it has 68 doors installed and trunk floor was replaced with 68-69 style w/staggered shocks. 8500 takes it as is, I'm getting ready to finish up the body and spray some color on it. The price goes up from there. Has 4 wheel disc brakes installed, lines not even hooked up yet. Boxes of new parts. If I install everything and paint the car, price will be double what I want for it now. PM if interested.

Don’t be desperate go look on eBay you can find anything you want

I can never understand why people say they can’t find a certain car ... every car ever made is probably in ebay...

Interesting. Back in the day you couldn't hardly give away a 6cyl Camaro unless someone was building a dragster.
