No
A lot of Challenger hate here I see.
True story is....I've never ever liked the First Generation Camaro Body style...so no friggin way was a new Camaro, reguardless of the size engine or trim an option. I think they made those and aimed them at a buyer like 10 years older than me....like when they were in High School and the 1968, 1969 Camaro was the car they all wet their pants over. Not me buddy.

As far as the stick on badges go, I don't think mine has ever been mistaken for a V6 when they hear / see it getting on the freeway or leaving a red light.

I think this whole thing is some Dodge Marketing Scheme. The Challenger and Chargers are CASH COWS for them.

no hate on my end I actually have one. I did notice in detroit you see a lot more v8s out here there’s nothing but v6 all over the place. I do like the time on the 392s they sound mean, I need a 392 for my e body

And yeah it’s a cash cow that’s for sure

My daily driver is a fully optioned 2005 Hemi Magnum with 70k on it, I love this car, can put so much in the cargo area as well as perfect for loading in and out my wife's wheelchair, always loved long roof wagons. Not another American wagon on the market to ever replace it with. The Audi RS6 is the only other wagon I love but not the price! Lol. Always hoped for a return of the Magnum, with the close out of the Chargers and 300s that’s for sure long gone!

I don't hate Challenger's at all, matter of fact they are the best lookin retro car made these days. The problem I have is when NHRA gives it's blessing to them running bone stock sometimes in the 9's with no safety equipment or competition license that myself and other racers pay dearly for. That's the problem I have with all late model cars at the track these days. Hit the wall at 140mph means you will get hurt worse in a car without a roll cage, NHRA needs to take a closer look at their rules for these supercars.

Camaro ends in 2024,

Yeah it seems like the passion at GM is dying out. I give dodge credit for stretching it this long

. The GM focus seems to now be suvs, trucks and employees trying to figure out what shade of blue or green to dye their hair next.

I remember I dated this girl who did marketing for GM and she had no clue about the different type of A bodies or f bodies, didn’t even know they were related and shared some parts and her “pals” other Gm employees who’s dad or some relative worked there for years got them in and also didn’t have any passion.

Anyways

Watched a newer Cadillac STS V That was running low 10's during Rocky mtn race week 2.0 last year . The car got loose and hit both walls just before the finish line . Only injury was a broken arm from holding the steering wheel

Also watched this last weekend the TX2K23 race at Houston Raceway park . Quite a few Lamborghini's and GTR's getting stuffed into the walls and no injuries

The focus at GM is on EVs .. It is surprising how long one can work at GM and not really need to know the powertrains, models, etc. I think some of that happened when GM folded the engineering of the individual divisions into common engineering groups like truck, mid-size, and small car back in the '80s and '90s. One works on a common part, from a set of requirements, and doesn't really have to know what it goes into. And our internal designations for applications often don't match the marketing names.
