    Hey.

I'm restoring my 1981 Camaro and I have found myself looking for something that I don't even know where to start...

It's the under body chrome trim bead that is underneath the door. I have included a picture to show you guys exactly what I mean but I have no clue what it's called or where to get it. I'm getting all the chrome reanodized while its in for paint but that bottom trim is dented pretty bad and if I can't bend it back I just want to make sure I got something to fall back on.

    Thanks

Thanks for letting me know. Although I think i'm screwed either way if I went with Classic or NPD or even Summit.

I live in Canada where the roads are icy half of the year and the beer is even colder ;) but I know when I tried to order the rockers from NPD the shipping turned out to be about $190 for just 2 of them... That doesn't include the import fees if they use UPS or the stupidly bad exchange rate right now from US to CAD dollar.

I think i'm probably better off just unbending the rocker to the best of my ability then spend the hard $$$ and get it chrome plated.

    Thanks for all your help!

Get them through one the local suppliers like Gasolene Alley or BowTie in Langley, or HotRods & Classics in Chilliwack. You're going to get nailed with the exchange rate, but not much on the shipping, as they bring in big orders in bulk. They might even have some in stock.

Run without or paint or better yet paint them with truck bed liner paint.
