These are fantastic; my wife doesn't enjoy "gamey" fare and she loves this recipe.

    > A few duck breasts cut into strips
    > Italian dressing
    > Jalapeno pepper (sliced)
    > Cream cheese (cubed)
    > Bacon
    > Toothpicks

Marinate the sliced duck breasts in a bowl of Italian dressing. I usually leave mine in over night.

Lay out a piece of bacon, place a slice of duck breast on it (perpindicular), lay the sliced jalapenos on duck breast with some cream cheese cubes. Roll ingredients up in the bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Cook on the grill until the bacon is done. Mmmmmmm

    Edit to correct typo.

I am always looking for new ways to cook ducks. We have been duck hunting every weekend and Wednesdays. Lots of ducks here now. ;)
