What kind of interesting things have you found during your Camaro restoration or repairs?
This is the inside of my bumper cover. Surely more people have seen this message from the Colonel's.

The only thing ever found was the name of the original owner on a piece of tape on the clock.

Is that on the front bumper cover?

My not original to the car L78 block was molded by someone a bit "feisty". in the timing chain area where it should have HIPERF PASS cast in it has HIPER ASS cast in. Not a bad job of molding it was done intentionally. I have pictures but they aren't very good

Definitely an aftermarket bumper cover, I remember seeing those back in the 90s when using aftermarket parts

When doing rust repair on my rear quarter I found several dozen of those speed nuts that hold the side marker light on. My theory is a line worker dropped them down the cavity on the side of the trunk and that is where they lived until I removed a 3 by 3 inch piece of sheet metal.

My mother's 77 Monte which had a white padded vinyl roof that lasted about 10 years in the California son, so my brother and I were tasked with its removal. After ripping it to shreds we found someone had written "BEER" in the wet paint. She was the original owner.

On the 73Z, I found some paper on top of the gas tank. Thought it was a build sheet. Turned out to be part of a grocery store flyer.
