just a warning. this seller from a city called Raynham Center, Mass hosed me on a support for my project. uses duplicated tracking numbers to other cities that are allready in use to show a part has been delivered. i have no idea how they are able to do this. it would be awesome to find a phone number for these guys but theyve got it figured out how to lay low. anyone over there have any ideas who they are? heres a link to there store. https://www.ebay.com/str/valuepartssales

Can't you just file an item not received claim to get your money back? If you can see it wasn't shipped to you, ebay can too.

Those 42 negative feedbacks in one month would have been enough for me to not deal with them in the first place. That many negatives in one short month is a big-fat red flag for me.

when i seen 34000+ items sold, i took the chance and thought the odds were with me, i do stupid things every now and then. i put a little note to myself alongside another guys picture, brandons, to remind myself every now and then. i filed the report and it should turn out, but ebay needs a better way to get at these people.

The bad part, or the worse part, is that at some point this seller will just go with another user name, fake some + feedback, and start the hose job all over again. Ebay is fast becoming a scam site but with the new tax now in effect the collapse will start pretty soon.

Contact ebay directly and explain the issue. I've had several problems with misrepresented parts from sellers that claim they have a "no return" policy. ebays money back gaurantee will force the seller to return your money even if the seller claims it was delivered. In my case they were forced to pay the return shipping because the parts weren't as described. Go to "Help & Contact" at the bottom of the page, select "contact us", scroll down select "Returns & Refunds", Select "Chat with our automated assistant". When the box pops up it will ask questions select "other problem" or "stop this" and it should give you an option to contact an agent. I've purchased hundreds of items over the years and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved in my favor.

As a seller I've been burned by this policy by people who changed their minds and I had to eat the shipping charges both way's but I chock that up to the cost of doing business. Good luck hope this helps.

the guy who responded called himself frank r parts geek llc. parts geek says theyve never heard of a frank. dougd im really curious if they or he responds. had to laugh, my little note to myself is no one anymore without a 100 percent rating, unless its like summit racing or anyone on that line. ebay responds real fast with a phone call, that is cool., that chat deal once i got it figured out works allright. its one of those, dont call us now we'll call you. wasnt there a song like that? i usually have real good luck with ebay. and theyve always stood behind issues. so i wont give no negatives there. and its handy, real handy. they just need to figure out a way to weed out some bad apples. be hard to figure that one out.
