So did ebay say the are going to reimburse you for the item? Sounded like they resolved it but it wasn't clear.the guy who responded called himself frank r parts geek llc. parts geek says theyve never heard of a frank. dougd im really curious if they or he responds. had to laugh, my little note to myself is no one anymore without a 100 percent rating, unless its like summit racing or anyone on that line. ebay responds real fast with a phone call, that is cool., that chat deal once i got it figured out works allright. its one of those, dont call us now we'll call you. wasnt there a song like that? i usually have real good luck with ebay. and theyve always stood behind issues. so i wont give no negatives there. and its handy, real handy. they just need to figure out a way to weed out some bad apples. be hard to figure that one out.
ebay makes it hard to talk to a human but once you figure out their system it's no too bad to get through. They don't always speak good English but they always have resolved my problems quickly. The rating system is a joke however, 100% positive isn't always the truth. I rarely give negative feedback but when I do I have a legitimate beef. Twice now I've left negative feedback for a high volume seller (one sold me a counterfeit coin, my other expensive hobby) and the sellers were able to get my feedback deleted even though both had clearly wronged me, presumably because of their high sales volume. In both instances I got my money back but why have a rating system if they're just going to squelch legitimate feedback.
