Guy's, this just popped up on my FB timeline as a memory from 11 years ago. It's the last big NastyZ28 SoCal gathering at Las Barca's. 11 years ago!?!? We need to get something together.
The image didn't come through or something... But yeah... man time flies... My wife gets those flashback photos with pictures of my kids and you realize just how fast time goes by.
I was never part of the previous gatherings, I'd love to join in for one this summer. I can even provide a location! My wife and I own a brewery in Anaheim and would be happy to host a gathering.
That sounds cool! Might have to be careful about drinking... Maybe pick a weekend morning to do a brewery tour and hang for a bit. Post something up here and maybe the FB page and see if it get's any hits. I'm nearby in Garden Grove.
Lars I just started going again after 20 years off. I don't know what I can and cant post here but there's a website everyone uses to post events. Plus I know 2 people on that site (one advertising his car meets and the other is an advertiser). If im able to say without being banned let me know, or exchange info somehow. You could do it all if thats your passion, or you could allow us to use your space and promote it.
You can send a direct message, by using the "start a conversation" feature. I'd certainly be able to arrange a brewery cruise - we know most of the owners around us. And would also participate myself. It will get me motivated to get my car going! My wife and I are car people... I have a '73 Type LT, and she belongs to the dark side- she has a '70 Mustang. We've always planned on inviting car clubs and having cruise nights. Just need to wait a bit longer until the lockdowns ease up a bit more.

Awesome, I actually live in Fullerton too. My Camaro is just out of paint so it's not road worthy right now. Otherwise I'd be driving it! Finding time to work on it has been a challenge.
