exhaust gas hoses

I'm looking to get some exhaust gas tubing to put over the tailpipes and run out of the garage to minimize CO exposure. Anyone have any suggestions?

I use a couple of these aluminum dyer vent hoses with large clamps around the tailpipes. They work great but they do flap around with the car running if I don’t weigh them down somewhat.

All I'm gonna say is be very careful, make sure you secure the hose to the tip of the exhaust pipe well so that it doesn't come off.
I just got done building another BBC and this one nearly killed me. The hose came off and I did not noticed right away.
It didn't take any time at all for the garage to get filled with fumes.

Yup, good point. I only ever use mine with the door wide open and just push the exhaust a little further out into the driveway

with a 2" exhaust, what size tube did you get? How tight should they fit?

I have 2.5 inch pipes, they fit pretty tight
You want them tight, leaks are not good
I used a hole saw and cut thru my door, then put a flapper's on for when not in use
