Those rubber cushions on the bottom of the radiator, are they adding height to the radiator? I had to remove about a 1/4” from them. Then on top of the radiator there was 2 rails between the rad cores that ran the length of the rad. I had to cut them lower. All of that made the rad sit about 5/8 lower.

There are 2 upper and 2 lower rubber rad supports. There should not be any under the rad support lid.

SB and BB have diff part no.

LarryLarry....It has the rubber supports and they looked like what Copo posted. Even taking that much off it's still high.

Should I take more or maybe some from the top? I didn't have to do this to my other car that's why I am so confused.

I measured the shroud they sent me and looked at the site which has the measurements for what i'm supposed to have. Think they tagged my part wrong. Have to call them tomorrow.
OEM shrouds have the part number cast into them, along one of the mounting flanges, as I recall. If it is a repro, I would suspect similar?

No I wouldn’t remove anymore. This is what FS87LT said, (If the shroud will hook up and be centered using the upper mounting locations, secure it up there and then fabricate something to keep the bottom secured to the radiator.) This is what I would do. You can use long zip ties to secure the shroud at the bottom. You can poke zip ties through the radiator if need be. Drill holes in the shroud to attach zip ties to. Here’s a picture of my old original radiator. I drilled holes in the bottom rail for zip ties.
