Fiberglass 78-81 front bumper covers

    Bumper cover

    OrlandoMarkz28, thank you for the additional info on the aftermarket bumper covers. The body guy is supposed to come by the the house by the end of this week to check out the nose cone on my car right now. Dedepending upon what he says, I very well may be contacting you for the referenced instrucitons.

    I have 5 original equipment '78-'81 covers. They all have some damage, but they can be repaired. If they hadn't been, I would have scrapped them.

    I've got an 80 and i went with the flex fiber nose. I bought it from Ground Up. You'll notice lots of sellers sell the same part from the same mfc. So once you find the mfc part# you can shop a little easier. It becomes a matter of price and customer service.
    I've had it on the car for a few years now and its great. No dips like from the oem urethane ones. I recommend going fiberglass or flex fiber over OEM any day.

    Did the FG nose require any FG work to fit properly or was it a straight bolt on?
