We just closed today on a commercial property....paid the deposit 10/2015 and have been waiting on red tape to close. The pic is of the rear of the property, the front is commercial road frontage/bike trail.

It's a 4,000 sf metal building (16' eave height) with a detached 1,800 sf office on front on just over an acre. The metal building has a partitioned 800 sf bay with a roll up door and a man door...moving the Camaro there as soon as the power is on and security lights are installed.

It will need a lot of work but it's perfect for me as I am a commercial general contractor. This will be my new office/shop when renovation is complete.

We're probably going this weekend to get a plan for tackling the landscaping and pressure washing the graffiti.

It is about 6 minutes from the state capitol building and downtown. The road in front of the building (not pictured) is a major artery and the state installed a paved/landscaped bike trail adjacent to our property which goes all the way to the gulf.

I'll post more pics as it progresses.

I'm jealous. I could really use a building like that with just 1/5 of the square feet.
I hope your gonna get some big locks and a security system.

Awesome, having a shop is a must for guys like us, cars and a business!!!!!!!

You will love every second of it.

Just remember, shelves are your friend. All my neighbors waste so much air space in their shops,
then waste floor space on stuff that could be on a shelf!!!!
