Some more questions for the experts. Who originally made the reproduction coils? Were there several manufactures or just the one? Were there different configurations? Like in 270 BR, 270 B-R, 270 Volt, etc....
Anybody else have one that they'd like to share a picture of?
It appears that reproductions are not available anymore and never will be. My research goes back to Paragon offering them at one time.

First is an original 270 coil from a 22k mile 70Z survivor previously owned by Jack seymour. The second photo is a repop 270 coil I purchased probably 5 -6 years ago, but I cannot be sure the source. As I recall I got it from either Tamraz or The Parts Place.

Well, I guess my poor Googling skills are showing. I got repo 270 coils running out my ears now..lol
Here's the SS396 270 12 volt
