let the weekend begin:crazy:
I'll be too busy playin' to cook tomorrow.. so I start it today, then foil it to finish up.
Did the same thing today. Smoked three slabs and foiled up to finish tomorrow. No grill tending tomorrow.

Something like this...

I fire up the grill several times a week.
I came across a rib-eye at the market the day before yesterday marked at six bucks a pound where all the rest were marked at over $11/'

Twenty minutes over hot mesquite coals and six minutes resting I was feasting!

I'll be sure to burn a few animal parts this weekend!!

Enjoy Mikey and et al.

I'll turn the bottoms up on a cold one in yer honor when I fire up the grill.
