fitech efi

    anyone used a fitech efi on their engine break in?.........or is using carb a better option?

    Assuming this isn't an LS setup, we ran their early setup on a new engine during break in but the setup was on the car previously.. Kinda depends on your experience with injection..

    I used a Fi Tech Mean Street, when I Broke in my 572. No problems at all. Just set the baselines and it took over from there.

    Just re-did my cam and valvetrain and reset my FiTech tune. So far so good. Since it starts out rich and leans out I don't envision any big issues at least.

    I did it too when I built my 383, no issues either
