So put the flashers on the drivers side works, and the rear passenger side, but not the front and side marker. Put the headlights on and all the bulbs light up all around. Front, rear and fuse box to rear harnesses are all brand new.

Checked all the bulbs (they do light up with headlights but tried new ones on those two anyway), tried several flashers directional and hazard.

Also checked the two grounds front and rear those are fine.

    Any ideas?

With new wiring, it is quite possible that you have a bad wire or bad connection to that corner of the car.
The running lights run on a different wire and different filament in the bulbs.
